Dr. Taskin joined Digestive Health Associates in November, 2000. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from West Virginia University. He is a graduate of West Virginia University School of Medicine. He completed a residency and internship at the Medical College of Pennsylvania in Pittsburgh, PA. Thereafter, his Gastroenterology and Hepatology fellowship was performed at the Medical College of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia, PA. Prior to joining Digestive Health Associates, he practiced Gastroenterology in Charleston, WV and was Clinical Associate Professor of Medicine at West Virginia University. Dr. Taskin is Board certified in Gastroenterology by the American Board of Gastroenterology. His professional memberships include American Gastroenterology Association and American College of Gastroentereology.
